Buffalo Chicken Wrap + Crudité with Yogurt Blue Cheese Dip

- 2 cups raw spinach
- 1 green onion
- 2 celery stalks sliced into 3” strips

- 3 ounces cooked chicken (options include leftover baked chicken rotisserie chicken, or deli chicken strips)
Whole Grains/Complex Carbohydrate
- ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 high fiber tortilla like Ole Xtreme Wellness
- 1 medium Bartlett pear
Seasonings
- Dash of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon buffalo wing sauce
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles divided

Instructions
- Shred or chop chicken, if necessary. In a small bowl toss chicken and buffalo sauce together.
- Assemble wrap by laying tortilla down, adding spinach first and topping with chicken, green onion, and 2 Tablespoons blue cheese crumbles. Fold sides in and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Whisk remaining blue cheese, yogurt, vinegar and garlic power together. Serve as a dip with the celery. Serve with pear on the side. Enjoy!
