Did you know that you can work with a Dietitian/Nutritionist virtually?
Meeting virtually means no driving to your appointment, lower costs to see a dietitian, and you get to meet anywhere – in the comfort of your own home, on your lunch break at work, or while traveling! Telehealth is quickly becoming a popular way to meet your health care practitioners and it’s so easy.
Your Telehealth session can be done over the phone or via video chat, which mimics an in-person meeting. Video chat is our favorite because we get to see each other and we can share documents using our screen, making it easy for you to follow along with us.

Registered Dietitians have earned (at minimum) a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited university (and many times a Master’s or Ph.D) which requires taking courses in food and nutrition science, biochemistry, anatomy and physiology, research methods, counseling, and more. Following that, we complete a 1200-hour supervised internship in various settings like clinical, research, food service, wellness, private practice, community and government programs. Upon successful completion of the internship, we then sit for the registration examination and upon passing, earn the title “Registered Dietitian.” In short, we know our stuff and we are dedicated to helping you find an eating style that fits your life and tastes amazing.
