Spicy Buffalo Chickpea Wraps

- 3 cups salad greens romaine or spinach work well
- 1 tomato cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced

- 3 high-fiber tortilla wraps

- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium avocado sliced
Seasonings
- 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce divided into tablespoons
- 1 Pinch garlic powder
- 1 Pinch salt
- Yogurt-based ranch dressing see note below

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and saute chickpeas for 3-5 minutes, until warmed through. Remove from heat and stir in remaining buffalo sauce.
- Assemble wraps by starting with a layer of greens then adding buffalo chickpeas, tomato, red onion, and avocado on top. Finish with a drizzle of ranch dressing before folding into a wrap.
