Leafy Green Tuna Salad
This is designed to me a mix and match recipe! Use up what you have on and by substituting ingredients. Swap out the tomato for cucumber. Choose black or green olives. Pick your favorite vinegar. It’s less of a recipe and more of a guide!

Instructions
  1. Arrange greens, tomato, onion, tuna, and olives in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Serve with fruit on the side
