How To Make: Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons oil canola or avocado
- 2 cups chicken stock

Instructions
- Mix all the spices and flour together.
- Heat oil in a small saucepan then cook spice/flour mix for a few minutes until fragrant. Add stock to saucepan, bring to boil, reduce to simmer, and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
