  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats NOT steel cut or instant oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Use a fork or potato masher to mash up your banana into a bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form dough into cookies and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool, and enjoy.
