Balsamic Roasted Radishes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice radishes in half lengthwise and toss with oil, vinegar and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and spread out so each radish has space. The more you crowd the pan, the less browning you will get on your radishes.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until radishes are tender and golden brown.
- Garnish with feta and herbs if you have any on hand.
